Information we receive from you help us to continuously improve the LEONARDO shopping experience but also giving your visit an individual touch. We use this information for order processing, goods delivery and rendition of services. We also use them to inform you about orders, products, services and marketing offers as well as updating our data records and to maintain your customer account. Furthermore we use your information to recommend you products and services which might interest you. With your data you help us improving our web site or enable third parties to execute technical, logistical or other services on our behalf.
For order processing and for customer relations purposes we store your data and pass it on to trustworthy partners in this context. Moreover address and order data are collected and processed for our own marketing purposes. For third party marketing purposes only such data is passed on and in such a form as permitted by law (public data and certain data aggregated in lists according to § 28 passage 3 no. 3 Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz).
Use of Cookies
We use cookies facilitating us to make your purchase as agreeable as possible. No person related data is stored in our cookies. E.g. to provide you the feature: "last page viewed" (Zuletzt gesehen) we need to store cookies.
Our Technical Standards
In the whole LEONARDO eShop we use the so called SSL-encoding (Secure Socket Layer) for all data transfer. This procedure ensures highest security when transferring data in the internet. Therefore your information cannot be read by any third party.

After receipt of the objection we will not use, handle or transfer the respective data for any other purposes than order processing. We will try to dispel your reservations.
